At Emaho Journey, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We have implemented strict privacy policies and procedures to ensure that any data you provide to us is kept secure and confidential.

Privacy Policy

We take great care to protect your personal information and use it only for the purposes we collect it, primarily to enhance your experience and to communicate with you. We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We take reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure or use.

Given the large number of visitors to our websites in the European Union, we are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as set out by the European Union. This policy describes our practices for handling and protecting the information we collect from our customers.

Terms And Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, and finalised on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. All reservations are subject to availability and can only be considered final when confirmed by us.

  3. Reservations require a deposit, with some exceptions as indicated. This must be paid at the time of confirmation in the amount specified at that time, which will normally be a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the trip.

  4. Final payment must be made 5 (five) working days before departure.

  5. Failure to comply with any of our terms and conditions may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any monies already paid.

  6. The confirmation date for tour packages, usually 3 (three) weeks before departure, must be respected in all cases.

  7. Any special requirements such as special dietary needs (e.g. vegetarian, vegan), dietary requirements, room requirements, mobility issues, etc. must be communicated to Emaho Journey at the time of booking. These will be confirmed in the Emaho Journey confirmation.

  8. Emaho Journey reserves the right to change any itinerary without prior notice.

  9. Emaho Journey reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to the departure date for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient number of participants on the trip.

  10. Emaho Journey offers mostly self-organised trips, but for some trips Emaho Journey acts as an agent for all or part of the trip. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, tour arrangements cannot be completed and tour reservations must be cancelled, Emaho Journey will endeavour to notify our clients at least nine (9) working days prior to departure.

  11. If our clients decide not to accept alternative tour arrangements, Emaho Journey will make all refunds accordingly, without further liability on the part of Emaho Journey.

  12. Payment in Indian Rupees, Euros or US Dollars can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

  13. It is the responsibility of all our clients to ensure that their travel documents are valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel.

  14. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation and modification of reservation

  1. Cancellation of a journey reservation must be made in writing to Emaho Journey's email address. Cancellation fees vary and will be stated in the terms and conditions of each trip.

  2. In the event of cancellation, Emaho Journey will refund all deposits paid in accordance with the agreed fees. All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, which may take from one (1) week to one (1) month.

  3. We will not refund any service included in the trip fee, such as accommodation, meals, car rental, but not used in whole or in part by our clients, or if our clients change, cancel or otherwise modify the travel arrangements after the trip has commenced.
